1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and NotifyFlow ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the NotifyFlow mobile application ("Application," "App," "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
NotifyFlow is a notification management application for Android devices that provides:
- Notification Filtering: Create rules to block or allow notifications based on app, keywords, and time
- Notification History: Store and view notification history
- OTP Extraction: Detect and extract one-time passwords from notifications
- Sticky Notification Management: Auto-hide persistent notifications
- Deleted Message Recovery: Track deleted messages in messaging apps (Pro feature)
- Statistics: View notification filtering metrics
The Application requires the Notification Access permission to function. Without this permission, core features will not be available.
3. Eligibility
To use the Application, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Own or have authorized access to the device on which the Application is installed
4. License Grant
4.1 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
4.2 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Use automated means to access the Application
- Circumvent security features of the Application
- Use the Application to violate others' privacy
- Use the Application on devices you do not own or have authorization to access
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Free and Pro Versions
- Free Version: Basic notification filtering with some limitations
- Pro Version: All features including unlimited rules, deleted message recovery, extended history
5.2 Subscription Plans
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly on a recurring basis
- Yearly Subscription: Billed annually on a recurring basis
5.3 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered:
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- Unless cancelled before trial ends, subscription automatically converts to paid
- Free trials limited to one per Google Play account
5.4 Billing
All payments are processed through Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's terms of service.
5.5 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage subscriptions at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
5.6 Refunds
Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies. Contact Google Play support for refund requests.
5.7 Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- Pro access continues until end of billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time
- Account reverts to Free version after billing period ends
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Device Ownership
You represent that you own or have authorized access to any device where you install the Application. Do not use the Application to monitor devices belonging to others without their explicit consent.
6.2 Permission Grants
By granting Notification Access permission, you acknowledge:
- The Application will access all notifications on your device
- You are responsible for reviewing privacy implications
- You may revoke this permission at any time
6.3 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring lawful use in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
The Application, including all content, features, design, and software, is owned by NotifyFlow and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of filtering rules and content you create within the Application, which is stored locally on your device.
8. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with:
- Google Play Services: For distribution, updates, billing, and reviews
- Firebase (Google): For analytics, crash reporting, and configuration
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Application will meet your requirements
- The Application will be uninterrupted or error-free
- All notifications will be correctly filtered
- OTP extraction will work for all formats
- Deleted message recovery will capture all messages
You acknowledge that notification filtering is not perfect and you are responsible for adjusting rules as needed.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOTIFYFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Damages from missed or incorrectly filtered notifications
- Damages from failure to detect OTP codes
- Damages from failure to recover deleted messages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NotifyFlow from any claims arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Application
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
12. Termination
By You:
Uninstall the Application at any time. Cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
By Us:
We may terminate or suspend access at any time for violation of these Terms.
Effect:
Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must cease use of the Application.
13. Updates and Modifications
We may issue updates including bug fixes, features, and security patches. We may modify or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement
- Severability: Invalid provisions shall be modified to be enforceable
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign without restriction
